At Mog Print, we want you to love your custom fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your order isn't quite right, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
